Nicole and I are now the proud owners of that house I told you all about last time I got around to typing on this thing. We closed the deal today, and I have the hot little key in my pocket!

    The House
Looks like Nicole and I will be moving into our new house in May. It's a beautiful 1850s Greek Revival Home. It is fully restored, and updated with all the modern conviences... like bathrooms, 3 of them actually. Those 3 compliment the 3 or 4 (depending on how you count them) huge bedrooms. There is a huge place for Nicole to paint in, and even enough room that we are planning on making the front room a 'by appointment only' gallery, that every so often we will have open houses for.

Finally we get to move Nicoles piano into a place were she can play it. All the floors are wood, which is great for dancing.

So whats the catch. Well its in Lexington, MO. For those of you who don't know anything about Lexington, its a town of about 5k people on the Missouri river about 45 miles drive from Kansas City (not that far if you could fly, but no helicopter for me yet). Lexingtons number 1 claim to fame is it was the site of the battle of Lexington during the civil war (called the Battle of the Hempbales).

I'm diggin it. Its going to be funny the first year or more because the house is so big we dont have enough furnishings to fill it with.

Just thought I would share the good news!

Nicole and I have returned from our trip to New Orleans. It is a beautiful place in March. It was very romantic, and one could even stretch out and call it magical. Although Bourbon Street isn't my type of scene, and neither is decatur for that matter. We spent most of our time finding new places to eat (almost 400$ alone on food!), and tasting the local cocktails. We tried to do some more touristy things, like ride the river boats, or take one of those tour groups we saw everywhere, but the thought of that made us a bit sick to the stomach, so we spent our afternoons in the park, or wondering around like newlyweds. That makes sense since we are newly wed.

I think travelling makes me realize just how nice I can be. Tourist make me sick sometimes, and I think when I travel I try my hardest to not be what I hate most about those who go to other places and disrespect it and its people.

I've been married for 2 days, and tomorrow I leave on my honeymoon. I want to express how happy I am, but right now words can not be used because there are to many wonderous things going on inside of me and between us.

You scored as Satanism. Your beliefs most closely resemble those of Satanism! Before you scream, do a bit of research on it. To be a Satanist, you don't actually have to believe in Satan. Satanism generally focuses upon the spiritual advancement of the self, rather than upon submission to a deity or a set of moral codes. Do some research if you immediately think of the satanic cult stereotype. Your beliefs may also resemble those of earth-based religions such as paganism.

    Alice Cooper....
You come across as having a twisted creative mind
and a liking for the dark. You are dark and
mysterious. You also have a very strong moral
outlook on life and are quite smart. Probably
a good person with a wild side or a wild person
with a good side. Either way. You can be
    entertaining without using substances either.

    To Qoute:

    - Seated next to the pope, Bush promised his nation would work for “human liberty and human dignity,” without making any reference to Iraq. He presented the pontiff with the presidential medal of freedom, America’s highest civilian award, calling him “a devoted servant of God.”

He's the fucking pope. He should be handing awards to people not Bush handing awards to him. Calling the pope a "devoted servant of God" seems strangly queer to me.
